What OptiVida is

OptiVida turns your Tally data into the documents you issue every day.

What it does

Certificates, financial statements, CMA reports and Form 3CD tax audits — prepared from the books you already keep, in the formats the recipient expects.

The work it removes is the transcription: reading a trial balance into a template, retyping a client's PAN for the fourth time, rebuilding last year's classifications from scratch.

OptiCertificate

Net worth, visa, bank loan and income tax verification certificates. Typed in, so no Tally needed.

OptiReports

CMA reports for a bank's credit monitoring arrangement, and Form 3CB + 3CD tax audit reports.

OptiFinancials

Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and all 28 notes for a non-corporate entity, in the ICAI's format.

OptiLedger

A client's bank statement turned into vouchers in their Tally company, with you deciding the ledger for every line. Ledger in the main menu.

OptiVida

The parent — the clients, credits and settings the others share.

They share one mark; the word beside it tells you which part of the product you are in.

Certificates need only the browser. Statements, CMA reports and tax audits need the Connector too.

What OptiVida does not do

It does not write to Tally

It reads. Your books are exactly as you left them.

It does not file anything

No return, no form, no submission. It produces documents; what happens to them is yours.

It does not sign for you

Your CA profile and your UDIN go on the document because you put them there.

It does not decide

Where classification is involved, it suggests and you confirm. Nothing it suggests is a decision until you make it one.
