You have run out of credits
A generation was refused for want of balance, and what happens to your work meanwhile.
A generation was refused because your balance is below the cost.
Nothing is lost
OptiVida checks before doing any work, so a refusal happens before generation rather than part-way through.
- Your reportUntouched
Exactly as you left it. Every figure, classification and entry.
- Your balanceUnchanged
Nothing was deducted for the attempt.

Top up and generate again; you carry on from where you were.
Topping up
Go to Settings, then Credits and billing
SettingsCredits and billingChoose a pack
Each shows its price per credit. Choose Buy on the one you want.
Pay
Cards, UPI and net banking.
Wait for confirmation
Credits appear once the payment confirms, usually within moments.
Generate again
If the balance has not moved
Credits are added when the payment confirms, not when the checkout window closes. Reload the Credits page before paying a second time.
Warning
Do not repeat a payment because the balance looks unchanged after a few seconds. Check the page's recent activity first — a confirmed payment will appear there.
Seeing it coming
Your balance is always at the foot of the sidebar. The Credits page warns Running low when it gets thin, and always shows the current cost of each product.
Worth topping up before a deadline rather than during one.
What still costs nothing
Everything except generation. Adding clients, filling wizards, fetching from Tally, classifying ledgers, entering figures, reviewing clauses and saving drafts are all free — so a low balance does not stop you working, only finishing.
Re-downloading something you already produced
Free, for statements and tax audit reports where nothing has changed, and free for certificates always.
Tip
The re-charge rules differ by product — see What you are charged for.
