What it does

Cash, duplicates, round amounts, dates, journals and related parties — reported, never concluded.

OptiScrutiny reads a client's vouchers for a period and reports what deserves a second look. Cash against the four sections, duplicate entries, suspiciously round amounts, entries dated on days the business is closed, journals, and dealings with related parties.

It is a listing, not a verdict. Every finding is something for you to dispose of: an exception, explained, or not an exception at all. What the module produces is the record of that work.

Where it sits

It is its own module, beside the others rather than inside them.

Not OptiFinancials

That turns a classified trial balance into statements. This reads the vouchers behind it and never prepares anything.

Not OptiLedger

That posts bank lines into Tally. This only reads, and writes nothing back to the books.

Not the Tax Audit

It reads the same vouchers, and will happily reuse a fetch the tax audit already made, but its findings stay here. Nothing is written into Form 3CD.

Nothing here is an AI judgement

Every test is a rule with a threshold, applied by arithmetic over your own classifications. No model is consulted, and the same books with the same parameters always produce the same findings, in the same order.

That matters twice over: you can rerun a period after correcting entries and see only what actually changed, and anyone reading the report can check it.

What it costs

A run is free. Generating the report costs two credits, and downloading the same report again costs nothing. Answering a finding makes it a different report, and that one costs a credit.
