Reviewing the computed clauses
Working down the clause list, and what accepting or correcting a suggestion means.
The last step before generating: work down the clauses OptiVida computed and decide on each.
Where the AI clauses come from
The agents read the Tally import. On a report fetched from Tally they run on their own while the report is a draft, and the step shows the count as they finish.
- A manual report
Has no Tally import, so nothing computes. The step says so; fill those clauses in the form steps, where their badges read Manual Entry Required.
- A generated report
Is frozen. Viewing it never computes anything. If clauses were left uncomputed when it was generated, the step offers Compute remaining clauses; doing so changes the report, and the next PDF is a new version.
What "AI-computed" means here
OptiVida derived a value from the books. That is a starting point, not an answer — it has read a trial balance, not the engagement.
The frame, stated once more
Nothing it suggests is a decision until you make it one, and nothing it suggests is a number — the arithmetic is not the AI's. Its findings are a to-do list, not a conclusion.
Working down the list
The step lists every clause it computed, with the value and how it was arrived at. For each:
- Accept
You agree. The clause is marked reviewed.
- Correct
Change the value. Your figure stands.
- Reject
It does not apply, or the derivation was wrong. Nothing is reported.
Read the reasoning, but do not rely on it
Each computed clause shows a short explanation of how the figure was reached.
Warning
An explanation is a navigation aid, not a justification. It tells you where to look; it is never the basis on which a figure should be accepted. The number has to stand on the records behind it, and the signature at the bottom is yours.
What "reviewed" counts
The report's Report tab, there once it has been generated, shows how many clauses are filled, how many were computed, and how many you have reviewed. Those counters are how you know whether you have finished. Before then, the Clauses tab carries the count of clauses filled, and the step list shows how many AI clauses are reviewed.
A clause you accepted counts as reviewed. One you have not looked at does not, however plausible its value. A clause OptiVida wrote from your own form entries is not an AI clause and is not counted at all.
The report's status becomes Reviewed once every AI clause has been accepted, modified, overridden or skipped. Saving the form does not change the status.

Nothing is charged for reviewing
You can go round the clauses as often as you like. The cost arrives when you generate.
