What you are charged for, and when

The seven products that cost credits, and the rules for when you are charged a second time.

Eight things cost credits, and each has its own price. This page covers which, and the rule that decides whether a second attempt costs you again.

The eight products

Net Worth Certificate
Asset and liability statement.
Visa Certificate
Net worth formatted for an embassy.
Bank Loan Certificate
Capital and liabilities schedule.
Income Tax Verification Certificate

Verified particulars of the returns filed by an assessee.

CMA Report
Credit monitoring arrangement, in your bank's format.
Tax Audit (Form 3CD)
Form 3CB and 3CD.
Financial Statements
Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and the notes.
Ledger Scrutiny report
The findings of a scrutiny run, as a document or a worksheet.

Nothing else in OptiVida costs anything.

Where to see today's prices

SettingsCredits and billing

Prices are set centrally and can change, so this documentation deliberately quotes no numbers — the Credits page is the only place that is always right, and the confirmation dialog tells you the cost of the specific thing you are about to generate.

When you are charged again

The rule differs by product, and it is worth knowing before you regenerate something.

CertificatesOnce, ever

A certificate is charged the first time you produce it and never again. Editing it in the A4 editor and exporting a fresh PDF does not cost more, however many times you do it.

CMA reportsOnce per version

Each generated version is charged. Correcting a figure and generating again produces a new version, and costs again.

Tax audit reportsPer distinct document

Charged on the content. Generating again after changing nothing costs nothing, on any later day: the signing date printed on the PDF is the day it was generated and does not count as a change. Generating after a real edit is a different document, and is charged. The first version is created only from the wizard's last step, never by opening the Report tab.

Financial statementsPer distinct document

The same rule. Downloading an unchanged set again is free.

Note

The practical consequence: with statements and tax audit reports you can re-download freely, but with a CMA report every generation counts. Get the review screen right before you generate.

What a refusal looks like

If your balance is below the cost, OptiVida stops before generating and says so. Nothing is deducted and nothing is lost — your report stays exactly as it was, and generating again after topping up picks up where you were.
