Topping up your balance, and where to see what you have spent.

Where to buy

Settings→Credits and billing

The page shows your balance, the packs available, the current price of each product, and your recent activity.

Buying a pack

   Choose a pack

   Each pack shows its credits, its price and the price per credit, and the cheapest per credit is marked Best value. Choose Buy on the one you want.

   Pay

   Checkout opens in the page. Cards, UPI and net banking are all supported.

   Wait for confirmation

   Credits appear once the payment is confirmed, usually within moments.

When to top up

You are told before a generation is refused, and refused before any work is done — so running low is not a crisis. Nothing is lost, and the report is exactly where you left it when you come back.

The Credits page warns Running low when the balance gets thin. Your balance is also at the foot of the sidebar, with Buy beside it, and on the dashboard.

Your activity

Recent activity, at the foot of the page, lists recent movements: what was generated, what was bought, and any adjustment support has made. Each line says which product it relates to, and the balance left after it.

Because the balance and the ledger are written together, the list always accounts for the balance exactly. If the two ever looked out of step, that would be worth reporting.

Credits do not expire

Nothing is deducted for time passing, for keeping clients, or for storing documents. An unused balance stays.

Receipts

Payment receipts come from the payment provider to the email on your account.
