What OptiReports does

The two reports, what they share, and why both start from a client.

Two reports: the CMA pack a bank asks for, and the audit report + Form 3CD a tax audit requires.

The two reports

CMA Report

The Credit Monitoring Arrangement pack — Form I, the operating statement, the balance sheet, annexures, cash flow, projections and ratios, in your bank's format.

Tax Audit (Form 3CD)

The audit report in Form 3CA or 3CB, and the statement of particulars in Form 3CD, in the official layout.

What they share

Both start from a client

Open the client, then the relevant tab. New at the top of any page works too, but asks which client first.

Both read from Tally

Through the Connector, though each has a manual path.

Both are AI-assisted, and you review

OptiVida sorts what it can and leaves the rest to you. Nothing it suggests is a decision until you make it one, and nothing it suggests is a number — the arithmetic is not the AI's.

What the AI is allowed to touch, in each

For the CMA report, it maps ledgers to CMA lines; anything it cannot place with confidence is listed as unmapped for you to assign. For the tax audit, it computes the clauses it can derive and flags the ones needing your judgement — its findings are a to-do list, not a conclusion.

Where existing reports live

Reports lists both kinds in one list across all your clients, most recently updated first, with a shortcut above it back into whichever you were last working on. Search by report, client or bank template, or narrow the list to CMA or Tax audit.

A client's own tabs show only theirs, by financial year.

Two more, not yet available

Stock Statement and QIS Report appear in the New menu and are marked as coming soon.
