Form I and the annexures
The parts that come from your sanction letter rather than from Tally, where blanks are expected.
The parts of a CMA that come from your client's paperwork rather than from their books.
Blanks here are expected
Tally does not carry this data. A blank in Form I or an annexure is not a failed fetch — it is a cell that was never going to be filled from the books.
In OptiVida's own words
These annexures are entered by the CA. Tally does not carry this data, so blanks here are expected, not a fetch failure.
Form I
Facility details, from the sanction letter or the application: the limits sought, the facilities they relate to, the security offered, the terms.
You will need the client's sanction letter, or the application if the facility is new.
The annexures
- Cost of Project & Means of FinanceFrom the project report
What is being spent and how it is funded. Relevant where the facility supports a project.
- Capacity UtilisationFrom the client
Installed capacity against actual utilisation. Manufacturing entities.
- DepreciationFrom the fixed asset register
The depreciation schedule supporting the operating statement.
One-time figures go under the Estimate year only
Some annexure fields describe the project as a whole rather than a particular year — the cost of a machine, the total means of finance.
Warning
Enter these under the Estimate year column only. The other years' cells for those rows are not inputs, and a figure repeated across every year would be read as recurring rather than one-off.
What to gather before you start
- The sanction letter
Or the application, for a new facility.
- The project report
Where there is a project.
- The fixed asset register
For the depreciation annexure.
- Capacity figures
From the client, for a manufacturing entity.
Collecting these first turns a stop-start job into one sitting.
Which annexures apply
Not all of them, always. A trading business has no capacity utilisation; a working capital renewal has no cost of project.
Leave what does not apply blank. An empty annexure prints as empty rather than as nil.
