Three numbered choices, then the workspace opens.
Getting there
Clientspick oneCMA ReportsNew CMA reportIf you made one for this client last year, OptiVida says so and offers to carry your projections forward.
1. Data source
Where the historical figures come from.
- From Tally
OptiVida asks Tally which financial years it holds, and you tick the ones to import. The usual route.
- From an ITR JSON
Upload the income tax return. Useful when the books are not to hand but the return is.
- Enter it yourself
Skip the import and get an empty grid with the right rows.
Tip
Each is covered in Choosing a data source.
2. Financial year and columns
Which years the report covers.
- Estimated Yearrequired
The year being prepared for.
- Historical Years
How many past years to show. Banks commonly want two or three.
- Projected Years
How many future years. You supply these figures.
Ask the bank what they want before choosing. Adding a year later means figures for it.
3. Bank template
The layout the report is produced in.
- Generic CMAAvailable
The standard layout. Use it unless the bank has asked for their own.
- Bank of BarodaAvailable
BOB's own format.
- State Bank of IndiaComing soon
- Punjab National BankComing soon
- Canara BankComing soon
Note
Where a bank's own format is not yet available, Generic CMA is the fallback and is accepted by most lenders. Ask before assuming.
Create report
Create report, at the foot of the page, and the workspace opens. If you imported from Tally, ledgers have already been mapped to CMA lines and the report is Auto-mapped, waiting for your review.
Nothing has been charged. The report is a draft until you generate.
